    I will be at Magic Kindom on Good Friday. What restaurants have good non-meat options for counter service lunch? Will Whispering Canyon have any non-meat options? Thanks!

    Hi Beth, I don't know of any special menu alterations for good Friday. I can tell you that nearly every restaurant at Walt Disney World, both counter service and table service, has wonderful non-meat options year round. My favorite counter service restaurant at the Magic Kingdom is Columbia Harbor House. Their regular menu includes a delicious hummus sandwich, a tuna sandwich, and clam chowder - any of which would make a nice Good Friday meal. There are also non-meat pizza and pasta options sold throughout the park. While the Whispering Canyon Cafe is known for its meaty skillets, the regular menu includes a wonderful maple-glazed trout, as well as vegetarian quinoa cakes.If you're looking for more varied options, you might want to try one of the restaurants which specializes in seafood. These include the Cape May Cafe clambake dinner, the Flying Fish at the Boardwalk, Fulton's Crab House at Downtown Disney, or Narcoose's at the Grand Floridian. Good luck with your planning.
