When do magic keys go on sale for 2024 and how do I set up a payment 0lan

    Hey there, James!

A warm welcome from all of us at planDisney! Thanks for coming by with your question about Magic Key Passes

Unlike Disneyland Resort Vacation Packages, Magic Key Pass sales are unpredictable and there is no general release of inventory for next year's Passes. The Disney Parks Blog did state in January that Magic Keys would be more available throughout the year, but inventory is still limited. At this time, the Inspire Key Pass has been the only type available for new purchase for some time. I would recommend following the official Magic Key Instagram account for the latest announcements. When you see the Pass Type you want, consider making that purchase! You will have one year to activate your Magic Key, so if you don't use it until later this year, it should be good for most of 2024!

When you are ready to make your purchase, make sure that you are logged into your Disneyland account before you place the Magic Key in your Cart. This will verify your California address with the website. At Checkout, there will be a checkbox option to make monthly payments towards your Magic Key. Check that box and you will be asked to provide a card from which payments will be made over the next year.

I've loved being a Magic Key Holder this past year and I sincerely hope that you get your Magic Key as well! I was sad to see the Annual Pass program go, but I've been very happy with my Magic Key!

I hope that was helpful for you, James! If you have any further questions, feel free to visit us at planDisney anytime! We'd love to help.

Wishing You a Great, Big, Beautiful Tomorrow!

Meet the Panelist: Al, California

Ahoy there from the heart of Steinbeck Country in central California! I've been visiting the Disneyland Resort since childhood and fell in love with the sense of absolute immersion that the Imagineers have achieved. My favorite attraction is Pirates of the Caribbean because where else can you go from a California day to an evening boat ride in the bayou with "salty old pirates"? I'm a veterinarian and an all-around Disney geek and enthusiast. I'd love to help you plan your next Disneyland trip! Learn More About Al
