I have a Magic Key but want to visit Downtown Disney. Can I still park and not pay? Do I still get a discount im DT Disney.

    Greetings and salutations, Denise!

Thank you for visiting us at planDisney! Like you, I am a Magic Key holder as well, and I have been extremely happy to be part of the program. I make good use of its many benefits and it's nice to know that I can return to experience Disney Magic multiple times throughout the year.

There is dedicated parking for the Downtown Disney District (the Simba Lot) located off of Disneyland Drive, between West Katella Ave. and Disney's Paradise Pier Hotel. A parking fee is incurred for the first hour, but you can enjoy an additional three hours of free parking with a purchase validation from Downtown Disney or five hours with validation from a Downtown Disney table-service restaurant. Don't forget to check for available reservations if you plan on dining there! Admission to Downtown Disney is free of charge.

I'm also happy to report that, as a Magic Key holder, you do enjoy discounts at shops and restaurants throughout Downtown Disney! My favorites are the WonderGround Gallery and Disney Home. I always enjoy perusing the unique Disney art pieces showcased at the WonderGround Gallery. I hope you find this information useful, Denise, and please come see us again at planDisney!

Meet the Panelist: Albert, California

Ahoy there from the heart of Steinbeck Country in central California! I've been visiting the Disneyland Resort since childhood and fell in love with the sense of absolute immersion that the Imagineers have achieved. My favorite attraction is Pirates of the Caribbean because where else can you go from a California day to an evening boat ride in the bayou with "salty old pirates"? I'm a veterinarian and an all-around Disney geek and enthusiast. I'd love to help you plan your next Disneyland trip! Learn More About Albert
