I am a magic key passholder and had canceled my 9/26/22 reservation for California Adventure last week, but now it is still showing up as a current reservation today. How do I confirm it got canceled?

Hello there, Lisa! The planDisney Panel appreciates you taking the time to send us your question. I'm happy to help!

I completely understand your concern about wanting to get confirmation. Now that there is a no-show policy for Magic Key holders, it's essential to cancel those theme park reservations when plans change. The easiest way to check is through your Disneyland Mobile App. Tap the three stacked lines in the bottom right corner and select the "Future Plans" icon. The reservation will show up here if it isn't canceled. You can also check your email for the confirmation that is sent out right after you cancel a park reservation. If you still aren't certain, try calling the Disneyland Ticket Team at (714) 781-4636 for assistance.

Lisa, did you know there is currently a 30% Limited-Time Magic discount for Magic Key holders? The discount applies to select merchandise through October 14, 2022. If you plan to reschedule your visit, take a look at the Magic Key Calendar. We hope to see ya real soon!
