Hello there Cassandra! Thanks for bringing your great question to planDisney!
How exciting that your little Mouseketeer will be turning 3 soon! I'm sure you're looking forward to continuing to make so many core memories during your visits to the "Happiest Place on Earth!"
I chatted with a helpful Cast Member, and the good news is that even if
Disneyland Resort Magic Key Pass sales are paused like they currently are, you will still be able to purchase a Magic Key pass for your little one. You can visit a Disneyland Resort Ticket Booth within 60 days of their birthday to inquire about purchasing a Disneyland Resort Magic Key. Your child must be present at the time the request is made, and a document with proof of their birthdate such as their birth certificate or passport will be required.
Since you do live several hours away, I recommend contacting the
Magic Key Holders Guest Services line before you drive to the parks. I'm sure they'll be able to help and make the best recommendation for your individual situation. I also highly recommend following the official
Disneyland Resort Magic Key Holder Instagram account for all of the latest news, events, and special offers exclusively for Magic Key Holders!
I hope you're able to add another Magic Key Holder to the family soon, Cassandra! If we can help with any other questions, please do not hesitate to
come back to planDisney!
Have a magical day,
Melissa
