Hi there, Dieyela!
Welcome to planDisney and we're happy to see you here with your question! Did you recently pick up a Magic Key Pass? Then I'm happy to greet you as a fellow Magic Key Holder! I've had mine since the program first began and I've been extremely happy to be able to return to the Magic of the Disneyland Resort so much throughout the year.
When I check my Magic Key in the
Disneyland Mobile App, I can see my ticket's expiration date listed on the bottom of the ticket itself. From the Home Screen, select the "☰" Features Menu at the bottom and then press "Tickets and Passes." Swipe to your Magic Key and you should see the expiration date on the bottom. You may also view this date on the
Disneyland website by pulling down the menu under "Magic Key" and selecting
"Magic Key Pass Information." Then scroll down and select
"Renew Magic Key Passes." You should see your Magic Key on the next page and its expiration date.
Have you activated your Magic Key Pass yet? If you still are unable to see your Magic Key expiration date, I wonder if it might be due to it not being activated. If you still have questions, I would recommend calling the
Guest Services line for Magic Key Holders.
Fun Fact: Disneyland Park first introduced
Annual Passports in June, 1983. It would eventually go on to be replaced by the Magic Key Program when the Parks re-opened after the pandemic closure.
Dieyela, I hope that you are able to locate your expiration date with this information. If you need anything else from us, please do not hesitate to come by again. You're always welcome at planDisney! Until next time!
Wishing You a Great, Big, Beautiful Tomorrow!
