My magic key will not link. Says it already is linked but I cannot see my passes.

Hi there, Monique, and welcome to planDisney!

We're so happy you came to us with your question. And congrats on becoming a Magic Key Holder! From one Key Holder to another, welcome to the club! I hope you'll find as much enjoyment with your Magic Key as I have with mine. I love being able to visit the Magic multiple times a year and there's so much happening this year that we won't want to miss!

I'm sorry that you're having trouble linking your Magic Key. Let's do some troubleshooting and try and get your Magic Key linked up.

    1. Locate the Disneyland Confirmation email you received when you first purchased your Magic Key. Select the button that says "Access your eTickets."
    2. On the next screen, select "Print E-Tickets" on the top right portion of your screen.
    3. You don't actually need to print them, but the next screen will give you access to the bar code and your Ticket ID #.
    4. Open the Disneyland Mobile App, make sure it is signed into your account, and select the ☰ Features menu on the bottom right and press "Tickets and Passes."
    5. Press the "+" symbol on the top right, select "Link Tickets & Passes." You may use either your phone's camera and the bar code or manually enter the Ticket ID.

If you still do not see your Magic Key linked to your account, I would recommend calling either Ticket Services or the Magic Key Holder phone line and a Cast Member will hopefully help you out. They should be able to find the Stitch in the system!

As I said, there's so much happening this year and I hope you'll be able to make full use of your new Magic Key! I'm contemplating how much Disney100 Celebration merchandise I need to collect! Don't forget about all the benefits and discounts that come with being a Magic Key Holder. And have you heard the exciting news that we will now be able to Park Hop as early as 11 a.m.?

Monique, I hope you found this answer helpful and you are able to sort out your tech difficulties. Do not hesitate to come to us again at planDisney if you have any further questions!

Meet the Panelist: Al, California

Ahoy there from the heart of Steinbeck Country in central California! I've been visiting the Disneyland Resort since childhood and fell in love with the sense of absolute immersion that the Imagineers have achieved. My favorite attraction is Pirates of the Caribbean because where else can you go from a California day to an evening boat ride in the bayou with "salty old pirates"? I'm a veterinarian and an all-around Disney geek and enthusiast. I'd love to help you plan your next Disneyland trip! Learn More About Al
