Greetings from one fellow Magic Key holder to another! Congratulations on becoming a member of this group and I hope you enjoy the many perks and benefits as much as I have. For me, there's nothing better than being able to enjoy the magic of the Disneyland Resort multiple times a year which wouldn't be possible without my Magic Key.
I don't have access to your account, so I can't comment on the status of your payment plan. However, if you call Magic Key Payment Plan Guest Services at 1-800-410-4656, a Cast Member should be able to look up your account and shed some light on the matter. Sometimes, I have found that my payment isn't charged until a few days after the scheduled time, possibly due to weekends or holidays. Also, double check that there isn't a problem with the credit card on file.
Have you tried navigating to
Tickets and Reservations and making a Park reservation? If you have a reservation and your Magic Key is showing up in the
Disneyland Mobile App, I would imagine that the Cast Member at the front gate should be able to scan you in to the Park without issue.
When you visit, be sure to check out all the delicious
foods that are available for the
Food & Wine Festival at Disney California Adventure! And if you haven't had a chance to experience
Mickey & Minnie's Runaway Railway in the newly redesigned
Mickey's Toontown, I highly recommend spending some time in that area of the Park.
