Oh goodness, I’m sorry you are having so much trouble with your Magic Key and
Theme Park Reservations showing up. I imagine that’s caused a bit of panic and worry, so let’s see if I can help you restore what’s missing.
If you are using the monthly payment option for your
Magic Key, the first thing you’ll want to do is reach out to the Magic Key billing department at (800) 410-4656 to make sure there are no billing issues with your account. Typically, in cases such as yours, it has something to do with a billing issue. If you aren’t using the monthly payment option, then I recommend contacting a Cast Member on the Magic Key Guest Service team by calling (714) 781-7277 for further assistance. They should be able to look into your account to find out what’s going on.
As with any technical issue, I also recommend uninstalling, then reinstalling the
Disneyland mobile app from your smart device. This assures that you have the most up-to-date version of the app possible just in case that was contributing in any way.
