Are there Magic Hours at WDW? (I read the Extra Magic Hours were no longer available) if they are available what is the schedule. We will be at the BoardWalk Villas Feb 2-9, 2021.

Hi there, Mondai, and welcome to planDisney! Thank you so much for taking the time to reach out and ask your Walt Disney World Resort related question!

Walt Disney World Resort has grown so much over the past few years and, along with it, so have its selection of perks for visiting Guests! With so many new and exciting changes, it can sometimes be difficult to stay up-to-date but, fortunately, Disney Parks Blog has got anything and everything you need as far as information pertaining to the Disney Parks goes! Following the reopening of Walt Disney World Resort in the summer of 2020, Extra Magic Hours were suspended as a way of managing attendance and prioritizing safety inside the parks. In the near future, though, this perk will be replaced with the ability to enter any of the four theme parks 30-minutes prior to opening every day of the week! This benefit allows for extra flexibility for Guests while also spreading attendance across all four parks. Currently, an official start date for this perk has not been announced so be sure to keep an eye on the Disney Parks Blog in the meantime!

There are also many other reasons to visit Walt Disney World Resort this spring! Just recently, the Park Hopping option has returned to all four theme parks which allows Guests to visit more than one park per day. As an avid Park Hopper, my family and I are so excited for the return of this specific perk! Our favorite theme park itinerary includes waking up early to “rope drop” one theme park. heading back to our Disney Resort hotel around lunchtime for some rest and relaxation, and returning to a second theme park for another round of fun later in the afternoon. Park Hopper hours begin at 2pm each day which is the perfect time if you use a schedule similar to my family’s itinerary!

Additionally, since you will be staying at Disney’s Boardwalk Villas, you will be in the perfect spot to visit Epcot for the Epcot International Festival of the Arts! With your Disney Resort hotel being a short walk away, you can easily stop by to take in the culinary arts, performing arts, and visual arts this festival has to offer. There are also many different interactive experiences that range from fun photo opportunities to creating your own art that are engaging for the entire family!

Regardless of your reasons for visiting, I hope you have a magical visit to Walt Disney World Resort this spring! Also, please let us know if we can answer any other questions for you regarding your upcoming vacation!
