Does Magic Happens Parade have shows late July'24? Trying to reserve the Plaza Inn dining package for a trip in July, but no dates even show up after July 14, 2024. Dates marked out. Events calendar doesn't go 60 days to see parade schedule

Hi there, Janis, and welcome to planDisney!

Thanks for bringing your question to us. I see that you'll be visiting the Disneyland Resort right after Disneyland Park celebrates its 69th Anniversary on July 17, 2024! What an exciting week to be there!

The "Magic Happens" Parade holds a special place in many Guest and Cast Member hearts. It first premiered in late February 2020, only to have the entire Resort shut down weeks later by the pandemic. After working so hard on the parade, you can imagine the disappointment between both Guests and Cast Members alike. When the parade debuted a second time nearly three years later, the excitement was palpable and you could see the happiness on Cast Members' faces as they proudly danced down the parade route!

Disney hasn't made any formal announcements regarding either the parade or the Plaza Inn Dining Packages. You're correct that I saw no available packages after July 14, 2024, and I'm sorry that I can't offer any more information about this. My recommendation would be to keep checking the Daily Events Schedule when your visit gets closer because it's updated about six weeks in advance. And keep checking on those Dining Packages because they aren't always made available 60 days in advance especially when the schedule is being actively updated.

Janis, I certainly hope that you get to enjoy the "Magic Happens" Parade on your visit. There is also the "Better Together: A Pixar Pals Celebration!" Parade Viewing Dining Package available at Disney California Adventure for you to consider as well. Either way, I wish you a truly magical visit to the Happiest Place on Earth and write back to us anytime!

Wishing You a Great, Big, Beautiful Tomorrow!

Meet the Panelist: Al, California

Ahoy there from the heart of Steinbeck Country in central California! I've been visiting the Disneyland Resort since childhood and fell in love with the sense of absolute immersion that the Imagineers have achieved. My favorite attraction is Pirates of the Caribbean because where else can you go from a California day to an evening boat ride in the bayou with "salty old pirates"? I'm a veterinarian and an all-around Disney geek and enthusiast. I'd love to help you plan your next Disneyland trip! Learn More About Al
