Hi LuElen! Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.
With the
date-based ticket system that was introduced last fall, when Guests
purchase Walt Disney World theme park tickets, they select a start date from the interactive calendar. Admission does not need to be used on consecutive days, but all admission does need to be
used within the validity window, which varies with the length of the original ticket.
In the example you referenced in your question, a
6-day 1 Park Per Day Ticket is valid for a total of 9 days. With a start date of November 1, the ticket may be used on any day beginning November 1 through and including November 9. So you would be able to enter a park on November 9. Adding the
Park Hopper Plus Option to the ticket adds another day to the valid use period; in this example the last day the ticket may be used would be November 10.
For Guests who have purchased theme park tickets as part of a
Walt Disney Travel Company vacation package, the tickets are valid from the date of check-in through the date of check-out, or the standard validity window, whichever is longer.
It is also possible to add the Flexible Dates Option to your tickets. With this option, your selected number of admissions can be used within a 14 day period beginning with the first use of the ticket.
I hope that helps! Please let us know if you have any additional questions.
Enjoy your visit!
