Hi Carl,
Wow! You must be so excited to make your grand return to Walt Disney World Resort. So much has changed since your last visit. What will you do first?
Climb aboard a Lightcycle? Help the
Guardians of the Galaxy on a desperate mission?
Witness water come to life? Or are you most excited to
dine amongst the stars? We have hardly scratched the surface of what awaits you at Walt Disney World Resort and I am already pumped for you!
Officially, the batteries in your MagicBand are expected to last 2-3 years. However, I have never experienced the end of a MagicBand battery. Obviously, battery life is highly variable. A MagicBand that has been used daily might not last quite as long as one that has lived a cozy life in the vacation drawer. So while I can't say for certain that your MagicBands will definitely work for you, I think it is at least worth a try!
If you discover that your previous MagicBand has lost her power and upgrading to the current
MagicBand+ for the
additional features doesn't appeal to you, consider trying out
Disney MagicMobile Service. Use your mobile phone to access your
Walt Disney World Resort hotel room door, enter the theme parks, link your
Disney PhotoPass images, charge food and merchandise purchases to the card on file for your Resort hotel room, and more! This service works on both Apple and Android devices and couldn't be easier. Simply follow the prompts to set it up one time, add it to your Mobile Wallet, and your MagicMobile Pass will activate auto
magically whenever
you need it.
I hope that was helpful, Carl! Please come back and see us with any other questions as you plan your next Walt Disney World Resort. Wishing you many magical memories!
Adventure is out there,
Sally
