If the magic bands are setup to deduct dining credits as you use them if a family of four goes to a quick service does everyone have to wait in line to order and pay for food? Do each of the magic bands have to be scanned individually?

    Hello Elizabeth,

The Disney Dining Plan is a great way to budget and plan for a Walt Disney World vacation. Upon check-in you families total allotment of snacks, quick service and table service credits will be on everyone's MagicBand. One family member can then order for everyone and the total credits for that snack, quick service or table service will then be deducted from the entire allotment of credits. You will also receive a receipt at the end of the purchase showing your remaining credits on your Disney Dining Plan or back at your home resort they can print off a copy showing your remaining credits and where the others had been used.

If I can be of any further pixie dusted assistance feel free to ask. Enjoy your upcoming stay to Walt Disney World and may it be magical and memorable.

Meet the Panelist: Amy, Virginia

I am a Dreamer who has always believed dreams are meant to be the path to your future. Walt Disney, I believe, felt the same way, "All our dreams can come true, if we have the courage to pursue them." Disney has always been proof that endless imagination and the passion to make them come to fruition is possible. I will never be to old for Disney, it is home to all of us Dreamers.
