    We have magic bands from the past can we reuse them when buying tickets or do we have to get new bands

    Thank you so much for stopping by to visit us here again at the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your great question about planning ahead for your upcoming trip to the Walt Disney World Resort!

    The great news is that yes, you can absolutely use your MagicBands again for a return visit, as long as they remain active and linked to you on My Disney Experience. Typically, the battery life on the MagicBands is about two years or so, so if it's much longer than that, I recommend getting new ones.
