DisneyBand+ question. There are so many fun designs available and personalization is such a magical touch, but not necessary for them to be linked to each Guest’s account. But, it sounds like you expected yours to be personalized, so let’s see if we can figure out why they weren’t.
DisneyBand+ purchases made
online directly on DisneyCruiseLine.com 11 days or more before the sailing date can be personalized. DisneyBand+ and MagicBand+ purchased on
shopDisney.com cannot be personalized. DisneyBand+ purchased onboard also aren’t eligible for personalization. Gareth, if you purchased your DisneyBand+ directly from DisneyCruiseLine.com via the
Already Booked tab within the required time frame and they did not arrive with personalization, I encourage you to
contact Disney Cruise Line directly.
Gareth, the good news is that your DisneyBand+ will still help you have a magical cruise! I recently sailed on the Disney Dream and loved all the hands-free features, like opening my stateroom door and making onboard purchases. Plus, with lights and haptic vibrations, the band let me know when special surprises were around. It kept me on my toes and I didn’t miss a single exciting moment! And remember, if you have a MagicBand+ from a previous Walt Disney World Resort or Disneyland Resort vacation, you can use the band aboard Disney Cruise Line. I know that you will enjoy the convenience and the special touches of your DisneyBand+ once onboard.
