Hi there, Pamela! Welcome to planDisney!
Oh boy, it sounds like you'll be traveling to
The Most Magical Place on Earth this March! Spring is my favorite season to visit Walt Disney World Resort and I'm absolutely twitterpated for you. I'd love to help you and the Guests in your travel party make the most out of every magical minute!
Pamela, my recommendation is to make sure that every Guest in your travel party has a way to
access the magic and enter the theme parks. Some Guests in your travel party may like to purchase a
MagicBand or
MagicBand+, but it's not necessary for some (or all) of your Guests to have one.
For those Guests who do not wish to have a MagicBand, my best tip is to take a little time to set up the complimentary
Disney MagicMobile service in your
My Disney Experience app! The best part is that you can set up a Disney MagicMobile pass for anyone on your
Family & Friends List. For example, if there is an adult Guest with children (who do not have a mobile device), this adult could make Disney MagicMobile passes for their entire family. All you need to do is
follow the steps to set up the Disney MagicMobile service!
Additionally, if you and your Guests are staying at a
Disney Resorts Collection hotel, you could also ask the front desk to provide a Key to the World card. This card is about the size of a gift card and can be used to tap into the parks and virtual queues.
The My Disney Experience app not only will allow you to create a Disney MagicMobile pass, but it has many other uses during your vacation, too! You'll be able to check wait times for attractions, view park maps, and even
mobile order food. This is a great way to minimize waits and maximize the fun!

See ya real soon!
