Boy, oh boy, your vacation to
The Most Magical Place on Earth is less than a month away - hooray! It’s the final countdown, so I bet you are more than a little excited to be coming “home” so soon.
Deborah, you’ll be happy to know that once a
MagicBand is linked to your
My Disney Experience account, it remains linked until you delete it. This means you are free to
reuse MagicBands from previous vacations during this trip. Of course, you need to verify that your MagicBands are still active ahead of your vacation. To do this, open your
My Disney Experience mobile app and click the three horizontal lines in the bottom right corner of your home screen. Scroll down and select "My Profile" from the options, then click on "MagicBands & Cards." Select the box that says "Your MagicBands & Cards” to see a list of all the MagicBands that are assigned to you. Look at the ID number on the back of the MagicBands you wish to take on your upcoming trip and find the matching ID number on the list of your MagicBands. If it says "Active" next to the ID number in your list, then you are good to go. If it says "Inactive" next to it, simply click on that MagicBand and select "Activate" to restore it to a usable state.
Remember, your MagicBands can be used to
charge purchases to your
Disney Resort hotel room during your stay. If you want to use it for this purpose, be sure to stop by the
Front Desk when you arrive to set up a PIN code.
