Waving hello to you Leslie!
Thanks for sailing back to planDisney with another great question. I know you must be excited about your upcoming
Alaskan cruise on Disney Wonder. My friends
Amy A. and
Tracie both recently completed magical voyages exploring the Land of the Midnight Sun and spoke so highly of their experiences. My family hopes to join their Wilderness Explorer Club one day, so we can see the wildlife, fjords, and glaciers up close and personal for ourselves- hopefully with a hot chocolate or mulled wine in hand.
Though
available on Disney Wish, and soon to be unveiled on Disney Fantasy,
DisneyBand+ technology has not docked on
Disney Wonder just yet. I'm hopeful we'll see these convenient bands aboard the entire Disney Cruise Line fleet at some point, but so far no further details are available. I'd like to mention that while guests who already own a
MagicBand+ can use them on compatible ships, unfortunately, the older generation MagicBands won't work on board. I'd leave your MagicBands home this time and save room in your luggage for some other souvenirs from your voyage.
You'll receive a
Key to the World Card once you step aboard which can be used to unlock your stateroom door, make purchases around the ship, and allow access on and off the ship (with a valid photo ID) at
Ports of Call.
Leslie, I hope this was helpful. If we can be of further assistance please float on back and let us know. I'm wishing you a WONDERful sailing!
Bon voyage,
Amy
