Hi Missy! Welcome to planDisney!
I also have some old no-expiration tickets with a few days of theme park admission left, so I encounter this same issue whenever I add a new ticket to my
My Disney Experience account. By default, the oldest ticket will be redeemed when entering a theme park. What you'll need to do is stop by any
Guest Relations location before entering a theme park and ask a Cast Member there to prioritize your tickets for you. This will just take a few moments -- they will be able to scan your MagicBand, and you can let them know you wish to use the new 4-day ticket with
Park Hopper Option for this visit. I had to do this on my last trip, and I think it took less than a minute and I was on my way. If you have a chance to stop by Disney Springs prior to the day you'll be visiting a theme park, the
Disney Ticket Center can take care of prioritizing your tickets for you there. You should only need to do this once before you use your 4-day Park Hopper ticket for the first time. Once prioritized, when you visit the theme parks on subsequent days the admission should pull from the same ticket. Just to be sure, I like to check my "Tickets and Passes" in the
My Disney Experience app to make sure the correct ticket was used.
Please stop by and see us again with any additional questions you may have -- we are always happy to help. Enjoy your visit during
The World's Most Magical Celebration!
