Hey there, hi there, Jennifer!
Thanks for stopping by
planDisney where you're always as welcome as can be. I'd be happy to assist you today.
Hot dog! The only thing better than one upcoming Walt Disney World vacation is TWO. 2024 will be twice as much fun for you! Check out
this Disney Parks Blog post detailing all the excitement headed your way during this memorable year.
You can definitely view more than one trip at the same time in your My Disney Experience account, so let's figure out what's going on.
Depending on how you booked your trips, you might have to manually link the missing one. When I reserve my family's accommodations through the
Disney Vacation Club website, for example, I must go in and add the confirmation number myself to the
Walt Disney World website before the stay appears in My Disney Experience. To do this, you'll need the Walt Disney World Resort confirmation number associated with the reservation; check your e-mail inbox and spam folder. If you booked directly with Disney, the e-mail will come from Walt Disney World Reservations. Then, using the My Disney Experience dropdown menu on the Walt Disney World home page, select "My Plans," and scroll down until you see + Add More Plans. Choose "Link Reservations & Purchases," and you'll be asked what you want to link. Click on the button in the box that says "Resort Reservation or Vacation Package," and follow the prompts to input your information.
I hope everything goes smoothly for you, Jennifer. If you encounter any problems,
contact a Cast Member at Walt Disney World Reservations, who will assist with your search. Meanwhile, with two trips in your future, have you considered purchasing an
Annual Pass? Not only do you pay one price to visit the theme parks as often as you want during the year (pending availability), but you are also eligible for perks like dining discounts, exclusive merchandise, and sneak peeks into new theme park experiences. You never know; with an Annual Pass, you might just need to visit a third time if a really fantastic discount comes up (my friends and I call that "Disney Math!") Thanks again for sending your question our way, and we can't wait to see ya real soon!
Have a magical day,
Betsy
