Welcome to planDisney, Trevor. It's always nice to make a new friend!
If you'd like to verify that
Memory Maker has been linked to your account, all you have to do is sign into your
My Disney Experience account on a computer, select "My Plans" from the My Disney Experience dropdown menu, and scroll down until you see the heading "My Plans, Reservations and Tickets." Under this heading, select "Tickets, Passes & Memory Maker." If you scroll down, you'll see "Memory Maker Purchases" and this is where you will see your Memory Maker package listed. Please note that Memory Maker is only assigned to one person so if you don't see it, just double-check to whom it was assigned and have them check
their account if it wasn't you! If you still see that it's not linked to
anyone's account, you can go to the
linking page and follow the prompts.
Once you are on your vacation at the
Walt Disney World Resort, you will need to activate this service so that the watermarks do not show on your photographs. When you have had at least one picture taken, log into your
My Disney Experience mobile app, select the 3 horizontal lines at the bottom right-hand corner, and select "Photos." Click on one of the photos (you may have to click twice) and an option to activate your Memory Maker should come up. Once activated, the watermarks should no longer be on any already taken photos and any other photos taken within the Memory Maker window. Please note that others in your party who are connected to you through your
My Family & Friends list (whom you've given access to see your photos), will be able to take pictures and see the photos, but they will still have the watermark. If you'd like to share photos with them, you'd simply have to download them before sharing!
Trevor, if you have any other questions,
please be sure to reach out again. Have an incredible vacation and take lots of amazing pictures!
In your heart are the memories and there they will always be,
Matt
