I made two accounts by accident, one with tickets and the other with my hotel reservations. Can I unlink the hotel and relink to my primary account?

    Hi Zack!

Welcome to planDisney! Well, I do think you’ve found yourself in a bit of a conundrum. Like Winnie the Pooh in his thinking spot, no matter how hard I “Think, think, think!” I don’t believe this is something you can do on your own. Once you have linked your Disney Resort Collection Hotel to your account and it matches your name, I don’t believe there is a way you as the Guest can “un-link” it.

I would be afraid if you tried to link the two My Disney Experience accounts together with your same name, you may end up creating more chaos. I can tell you from personal experience, that the Cast Members at Tech Support are top of the line. After helping my son’s high school marching band plan a trip with 135 kiddos, we had quite a few bumps and I had to call for assistance on more than one occasion. I would give them a call and hopefully, they can get all of your reservations in the right spot. I’m sure you aren’t the first Guest to run into this situation (In fact, I'm fairly certain my personal Prince Charming created two accounts a few years ago and Tech Support saved the day!)

Sending you pixie dust that Tech Support can fix it quickly and easily so you can get back to the fun of planning, Zack!

    Have a Magical Day!
