Hello Ria!I grew up in Uccle, so I am always glad to see a question coming in from Belgium! If you booked directly with Disney your first step is to check your e-mail for a confirmation number. That is the way that Disney typically communicates your purchase information. Make sure you check your junk e-mail folders as well, since sometimes they can end up there. If you don't find any e-mails with the necessary information, your next step is to contact Disney online. Here in the United States the place to do that is on their Help Center e-mail contact page. However, your web browser may direct you to a European-based page, so check there first by going to the European site Help Center. Finally, if you booked via another venue, like a Disney authorized vacation planner, contact them for the information. They should have that number to send along your way.BONUS TIPAs soon as you have your confirmation number, make sure you enter it into your My Disney Experience account.
I hope that this helps, and that you will send us other planning questions!Up de rode duivels!Have a Magical Vacation!Doug
Visit Walt Disney World Resort to explore the magic.
