I had made reservations for Saratoga springs through RCI. I will be arriving and staying on June 12th - June 19th. I thought I saw it said I had to notify Disney of all persons in my party prior to arriving. How would I do that? - Melody

    Hello Melody!

I’m so glad you’ve stopped by to see the Disney Vacation Club Panelists here on planDisney. How exciting that you’ll be getting to stay in one of the beautiful villas of Disney’s Saratoga Springs Resort & Spa! You’ll find beautiful gardens and walkways, splashtastic pools, and you’ll be just a quick trip to all the shopping and dining at Disney Springs!

Once you have made an exchange with the RCI system, I can take up to a week to 10 days for your Disney reservation to show up in the Disney Vacation Club system. You will need to call Disney Vacation Club Member Services and let them know you have an incoming RCI stay at Disney’s Saratoga Springs Resort & Spa, and that you need your reservation number and to give them the names of the Guests in your party. When you call Member Services, you’ll ideally want to talk to someone that deals with RCI, so when the phone prompts are listed, you’ll want to choose the “World Passport” option, and then “RCI.”

With your trip coming up so soon, if you’ll be visiting the theme parks, be sure to check the Theme Park Availability Calendar, and make your Disney Park Pass Reservations right away. You will need both a paid Disney Theme Park Ticket and a complimentary Disney Park Pass Reservation to enter a theme park. Those Park Pass Reservations can fill, so I would book as soon as you are able for the best availability.

I hope this helps you get your reservation set to go. Please let me know if you have any additional questions before your visit, we love to talk Disney, and are here to help!
