    I made reservations for my park tickets did it go thru

    I'm happy to help you with your park reservation question. Your theme park reservations can be found in the My Plans section of My Disney Experience. To access My Plans, visit disneyworld.com and sign in to your account or open the My Disney Experience app on your smartphone.

    If you need to modify a park reservation, visit My Plans to cancel any existing reservations and book a new reservation. If you would like to speak with a Cast Member to assist you further, you can call (407) 566-4985, and they will be able to walk you through the process.
