    When I made reservations on-line I did not make any room or amenity requests. How do I go about adding requests to an existing reservation?

    Hi Tom,

    We love staying at a Walt Disney World Resort as it gives us easy access to all the parks!

    Ten days prior to your check-in date, you can go online and check-in. This will help speed up the process once you arrive at your resort and allow you to get to the fun faster. When you are completing the online check-in process, you can make two requests for your stay.

    Depending who we are visiting with or the resort we are staying in, our requests change each vacation. When touring with my parents, we request a room close to the elevator. When touring with friends and staying at a larger resort, we request to be closer to transportation or the pool. All requests are subject to availability and Disney tries to honor requests.
