Howdy Hollie!
Thanks for stopping in to ask another great question about your upcoming adventure at Walt Disney World Resort. Staying at
The Cabins at Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort is one of my favorite things to do. I consider this "glamping"not camping as you have comfy beds, a full kitchen and large bathroom. It's truly like a home away from home. I know you will enjoy every magical minute of your stay.
The Cabins at Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort do offer two cabins on the 100 loop, which is close to the center of the action of the Settlement area. These cabins are considered a "lottery win" if you receive one as there are only two available. In fact I've heard you can hear the music from the
Hoop-Dee-Doo Musical Revue from the rockers on the porch of each cabin. Staying in one of these is on my Disney bucket list. There is no rhyme or reason to who or why you get to stay in one of these cabins, but it never hurts to request this loop. You can call the Disney reservation line at (407) 939-1936 with your confirmation number and ask them to put in your request. If you don't get one of these two special cabins consider
renting a golf cart to get around. These fun modes of transportation will be seen all over the Resort and you will have access to golf cart parking and charging as well. My family loves renting them each trip. I do encourage you to call and reserve one ahead of your trip as they sometimes will sell out and they won't be available if you wait until you check in to rent one.
I hope this has helped. Please let us know what else we can assist you with in the future. Helping fellow Guests is what makes my heart happy.
Dream as Dreamers Do,
Jen
