I made reservations for the Norway cruise (2015) for our family of 5 (kids 8, 5, 3). Now I am panicked... I think it will be the trip of a lifetime! But are my kids too young to enjoy it?

    Welcome aboard, Lindsay!

I'm excited to hear that you're one of the first to book the newest Disney Cruise Line sailing to Norway! While I haven't sailed with Disney Cruise Line to Norway myself yet since this new itinerary doesn't begin until 2015, I have enjoyed Europe with Disney Cruise Line. If the Norwegian sailings are anything like the European sailings, which I am sure they will be, you can rest assured that Disney has amazing activities and learning opportunities for all the kids onboard. Disney is the premier cruise line for families, after all!

In Europe, the kids got to take part in fun activities in the Oceaneer Club and Lab that related to the upcoming ports of call. So they got some learning in and then got to step off the ship and experience what they've learned about first hand! Plus, Disney provided Kids Port Activity Guides to keep the kids busy and engaged in the culture of the port as they traveled to each Port Adventure.

Now, I'm just guessing on this one, but I have a feeling that there may be some Frozen activities and events on your sailing since Norway is the backdrop for that amazing movie! I'm sure we'll hear more about the details of activities and Port Adventures when the Norwegian sailings get a bit closer.

So, until then, rest assured that your whole family, kids included, are going to enjoy this trip so much! Have fun planning!
