We made reservations for the MK Desert fireworks show. Can you tell me about this? If the park closes at 7pm on Oct. 22 how do we stay for the show?

    Hi Kariann,

The Magic Kingdom Dessert Party is a great way to get a good view of the fireworks and as a huge bonus you get to eat yummy desserts whilst you're there, drinks and fruit are also provided. A few websites have recently posted reviews of the dessert party including photos, my favourites are at and

On October 22nd there is a Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party scheduled which starts at 7pm, this requires a separate ticket. I'm afraid that you will need to purchase party tickets to be able to go to the dessert party, I'm sorry that you weren't told this at the time of booking. My advise, if you don't want to buy MNSSHP tickets, is to try and rearrange the dessert buffet for another night when a Halloween party isn't scheduled!

Hope you have a fantastic trip,
