Hiya, Victoria! I'm so glad you found the second star to the right and followed it straight on to us at planDisney! As my friend Peter Pan says, "Here we gooo!"
I'm so excited to hear that you're making plans to visit
The Most Magical Place on Earth this April! Spring is my absolute favorite time to visit and there will be so much magic blooming just in time for your visit. But I'm so sorry to hear that you're having a hard time viewing all of the reservations you've made for your travel party! It sounds like Captain Hook must have been involved. Let me just fly your way and see if we can sprinkle a little pixie dust on the situation...
First, make sure that the email address you're using for your
My Disney Experience account online is the same email address you're using to log into the
My Disney Experience app! Some Guests have multiple accounts and you'll want to make sure everything is under the same account so they can sync together.
Next, when you go into your
My Disney Experience app, tap the icon that looks like three stacked lines in the bottom right corner. Tap Future Plans and pull down on the screen to refresh. Once you do that, scroll down to see if you can view the plans you've made for all four members of your travel party.
We can also check your
My Disney Experience account online! Once you log in, hover your mouse over the My Disney Experience tab and click
My Plans. Scroll down a bit and click Tickets & Memory Maker. See if you're able to view the Theme Park Tickets for all four members of your travel party. You can also toggle back to Daily Itinerary and scroll down to view your plans. You should be able to see plans for your entire travel party. If you can't, try using the reservation confirmation numbers for the missing Guests and add them using the
Link Reservations and Purchases page. And if you haven't already, be sure to make your Theme Park Reservations through the
Disney Park Pass system!
Victoria, if you tried these options above and they didn't work for you, your next best step would be to reach out to a Cast Member. They're a little like real-life fairy godparents who always try to stretch their magic wands as far as they can reach! If you
call a Cast Member, I'd suggest calling right when phone lines open at 7:00 AM EST since their brand of magic can sometimes be in high demand. You can also try to leave a message with a Cast Member through the Chat With Us feature on your
My Disney Experience app. Pro tip: make sure to leave as much information as you can in your message to the Cast Member, including any reservation or confirmation details you have.
I'm wishing you all the faith, trust, and pixie dust as you put the finishing touches on your magical vacation! If you have any other questions, or if I have misunderstood your question, please visit us again. Remember, you've got a friend in me!
See ya real soon!
Michelle
