We have made reservations for the Hoop-Dee-Doo Musical Revue on Friday Aug. 8th. We have a group of 30 people going. What do you think would be the best way to get such a large group over to the Fort Wilderness Campground area from DIsney's Yacht?

    Hey Sara!

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! Thank you so much for bringing us your question. It sounds like you are planning a rip roarin' good time. The Hoop-Dee-Doo Musical Revue is one of my favorite dinner shows at Walt Disney World.

There are a couple of ways to get to the Campsites at Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort from Disney's Yacht Club. I think the quickest will be to jump on the first bus heading to the Magic Kingdom. Once at the Magic Kingdom head to the boat launch and take the launch headed to the Wilderness Lodge/Fort Wilderness.

While this trip could take as little as 45 minutes, make sure to plan for at least an hour and a half travel time between the two resorts. If you do find a pixie dusted your journey to get you to Fort Wilderness a little quicker I suggest using the internal bus system at Fort Wilderness to mosey on over to the Tri-Circle-D Ranch to check out the amazing horses of Walt Disney World.

I hope this helps with you planning. If you have any other questions please come back and see me.

Wishing you a magical vacation and a pixie-dusted day!
