Hi Kenneth,
Welcome to planDisney! First, let me just say how jealous I am of your upcoming vacation plans. Spending New Year's Eve at
Disneyland Resort seems like the absolute perfect way to ring in the new year, and a stay at
Disney's Grand Californian Hotel & Spa is the cherry on top!
As a guests of one of the
3 Disneyland Resort Hotels you'll have access to a separate pool of theme park reservations, so be sure your resort reservation is linked to your Disney account. You can confirm this by signing in and clicking the
"My Hotel Reservations" link below the "My Disneyland" header. There, you'll input your Reservation or Confirmation Number, Last Name, and Arrival Date.
At this time, theme park reservation calendars are available 120 days in advance. Based on this, you should see availability for your dates open in early September. Once your window open you'll be able to
make your theme park reservations for each day of your visit on a rolling basis. As you're counting down to your visit take a moment to decide where you'd most like to start each day. My family likes to alternate starting at
Disneyland Park one day and
Disney California Adventure Park the next. As a rope dropping family we make a beeline to our favorite attractions first (looking at you
Radiator Springs Racers), and then spend the rest of the day at a more leisurely pace across both parks. Since you've purchased
Park Hopper Tickets, you'll be able to hop between the two beginning at 11 a.m. each day of your visit, with valid admission.
Kenneth, if you have additional questions please feel free to reach out to us again, or
call a Cast Member for further assistance. I'm wishing you a most magical vacation and a very early, but very Happy New Year!
Magic and memories,
Amy
