    I made reservations at Chef Mickey's for 7:30 AM (that's all that was available) in November and will be staying at a Disney hotel -- not sure which one but probably All-Star Movies. Will we be able to get there using Disney transportation?

    Hi Kari!

    You will love All Star Movies Resort if you end up choosing that resort. It's my kids favorite and we stayed there four years in a row! 


    One of the perks of staying at a Walt Disney World Resort is that you can take advantage of the Disney transportation. The buses begin running an hour prior to the parks opening, but the buses don't go from resort to resort. However, since you are dining at The Contemporary at Chef Mickeys you are in luck! You can simply take a bus to Magic Kingdom and then take the monorail to The Contemporary, since The Contemporary is in Magic Kingdom! If you are waiting at the bus stop at your resort for longer than 10-15 minutes in the morning, ask the Cast Member at Guest Services if they can call the transportation center to pick you up. 

    You can then visit Magic Kingdom after your meal and take the bus back to your resort that evening! I hope you have a magical stay!
