    Hi! Made reservations for bkfst at chef mickey and ohana, hair at BBB and lunch at CRT, dinner at Sci Fi, Teppan Edo, Boma,. Did I make good choices?Should I change Boma to Whispering Canyons?Kids are 7 mos, 6 and 9. You guys are great!!:)

    It sounds like you have done a great job of planning! I think you've picked nearly all of our favorite restaurants!

    Boma is a wonderful choice for great meal! This restaurant serves African inspired meals in a buffet fashion. There are plenty of options here for all types of appetites! Initially I was a bit worried that my kids might not find enough to eat (being slightly picky) but they had plenty of options! Another great plus, when dining with kids, is that there is no wait before being served. With the buffet, your meal is ready and waiting already!

    If you prefer a bit more entertainment with your meal, then Whispering Canyon Cafe is a great choice as well! This is a fun, loud, and interactive experience! From stick-horse races to antics with those pesky ketchup bottles -- a good time is had by all diners! My son's favorite ribs are served here as well.

    Both options can be great for your family, so if you're having a tough time deciding, my advice would be to try out the dining location that's easiest to fit into your schedule. If you're at the Magic Kingdom, then a nice boat ride to the Wilderness Lodge will be a quick and easy way to get to dinner. If you're planning a light day, and will have some time to relax after Boma, then a visit to the Animal Kingdom Lodge could be great. If you can schedule the time, you'll be able to check out the giraffes, wildebeest and other animals on the lodge's savannas. Many nights, you'll be able to view them with night vision goggles - just ask a cast member to point you in the right direction!
