There are a variety of ways to purchase theme park tickets when visiting Walt Disney World Resort! Guests have the ability to
purchase theme park tickets either online through the Walt Disney World Resort website or the My Disney Experience Mobile app based on their preference. After confirming your purchase, you can choose to either have your theme park tickets mailed to you or receive a digital copy of them.
It typically takes
14 days to receive your theme park tickets with standard shipping. This period of time allows for processing, handling, and shipping of your purchase. Since it sounds you have not received your order within this amount of time, I would recommend reaching out either through email at ticket.inquiries@disneyworld.com or via phone at (407) 566-4985. Here, a Cast Member will assist you in locating your theme park tickets and identifying if there have been any issues with the shipping process.
With that being said, in most cases, you don’t actually need to receive or print off any physical tickets prior to entering the theme parks! If you have already linked your tickets to your
My Disney Experience account, all of the information you need is likely already there. This means you can either use your MagicBand or the all-new
Disney MagicMobile pass on your smart device to enter the theme parks! If you would prefer to have a physical admission card, you can receive one of these by visiting a Guest Relations location on the property.
