    Just made my reservation to stay at the Poly, how can I personalize my complimentary Magicband. My reservation is linked to my account but the magicband doesn't show up in my list at the moment.

    Hi Tom!

    Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel. Once you have booked your trip and you are ready to go, customizing your MagicBand is one of the first steps in beginning your Walt Disney World Resort vacation!

    That's great that you reservation is already linked to your My Disney Experience account, it should make customizing that much easier for you! Just to double check, once you login from a computer you'll see a small My Disney Experience logo in the top right hand corner, click on this and then My Reservations & Tickets. Here you can double check that everything was linked up correctly and if it wasn't you'll be able to enter your resort confirmation number and last name to link your reservation to your account. If you see it there then you'll want to click on the My Disney Experience logo again and this time select MagicBands & Cards. At the top it should say Your Orders and have the information detailing your upcoming stay at Disney's Polynesian Village Resort. It will also list the last day you can customize your MagicBand. You'll want to select your reservation where you'll be brought to the page to customize the MagicBand for everyone on your reservation! Not only can you select a color, but also enter a nickname that will be on the inside of your band. This is helpful if two people in your party choose the same color!
