I made a reservation and paid for it, in other website, of arts of animation resort, can I bind it with my tickets entrance and the other reservations (dining,s show, etc) I have made using disney website?

    Hello Ana,

Thank you so much for visiting the Disney Parks Moms Panel today with your question!  It sounds like you're trying to link your reservation at Disney's Art of Animation Resort to the rest of your plans on the My Reservations page in My Disney Experience.  Even if you booked through a third party, you should still be able to do that.

    Here's what I recommend:
    1. Try viewing your My Reservations page to be sure your hotel reservation is not showing up.
    2. If you don't see it, look at your hotel reservation details to see if you can find your resort confirmation number.  If you have that, click the "Link Resort Reservation" button under "Disney Resort Hotel Reservations" on the My Reservations page.  You'll then be taken to a page that asks for your Confirmation Number and Last Name (as on reservation).
    3. If you are not able to find your resort confirmation number or if you have any trouble, just call (407) 939-1936 and a Cast Member should be able to help you with that information.
I hope that helps, Ana, but please write back if you have any other questions.  We'd love to help!

    Have a magical vacation,

    Beth
