Welcome to planDisney, Kyle! Your trip countdown is almost in the single digits...woohoo!
If you booked a
Walt Disney World vacation package, your hotel stay and theme park tickets should already be linked to your My Disney Experience account (the 12-digit number you see is likely the confirmation that your
MagicBands are linked). While you can have your tickets mailed via the U.S. Postal Service or UPS, the default option is to have them electronically sent to you. Check your inbox for the email confirmation you received after booking, and you should see information regarding your tickets.
Another way to check your tickets is to log in to your account and click on My Plans (they should be under the Tickets & Memory Maker tab). If you've made your Park Pass Reservations, they should also appear on this page. If your tickets are still not showing up,
you can link them through the Walt Disney World webpage. Once that step is complete, the tickets will automatically be linked to your MagicBands. If you're still experiencing difficulties, try calling the
Ticketing Department at (407) 934-7639. They can take a look at your account and find your tickets.
It's also possible that you have a Room-Only reservation. In that case, you need to purchase your
theme park tickets separately. If so, I advise looking at the
Theme Park Reservation Availability calendar before purchasing to see if your desired dates and theme parks are still available. Then, you'll need to make your
Disney Park Pass reservations right away, as dates are filling up. Keep in mind that the calendar is dynamic, meaning it is constantly updating. Sometimes new reservations become available as guests cancel or change their plans.
I hope this helps, Kyle! If you have any more questions or need more help planning your upcoming vacation, please come back and visit us again.
