Made reservation for hotel and tickets for myself and my husband. The room is confirmed showing both of names, however the tickets are showing both in my name. How can i correct the ticket info so I can make the park reservations?

    Hi Susan!

It’s always fun to help out a fellow Hoosier, so welcome to planDisney! Not to worry, you may be able to fix this yourself. Let me see if I can walk you through it.

Sign in to your My Disney Experience Account. I think this will be easier if you use a desktop computer. Select "My Plans" and you’ll open a page that has your resort reservation and your travel party listed. Under the travel party, look for two menu options just above your Disney Resort reservation. You should be able to toggle from “Daily Itinerary” to “Tickets & Memory Maker.” Once on the “Tickets & Memory Maker” page, you’ll be able to see the tickets purchased and an option to the right of the ticket to reassign it to another member of your travel party! If for some reason you cannot reassign the ticket, then you would need to call for assistance. But typically, as long as the ticket is still wholly unused, reassigning it shouldn’t be a problem!

I hope this helps, Susan! Wishing you a magical visit to the Walt Disney World Resort!
