Hello, We made a reservation for be our guest on Saturday March 19, 2022 and I received an email stating dining reservations beginning on March 18 are hard ticket reservations that I need a separate ticket because it’s a reservation during an event?

Ma chère Mademoiselle Amanda! It is with deepest pride and greatest pleasure that we welcome you to planDisney! Be Our Guest Restaurant serves a 3-course menu for lunch and dinner that is très délicieux! My favorite menu items are the French Onion Soup and the Filet Mignon, but also try the grey stuff; it really is delicious!

Guest Services confirmed that there aren't any events happening on those dates that would require a hard ticket at Magic Kingdom Park, but I'm aware of other guests getting this exact email message. I also spoke with a Cast Member at Disney Dining today, and she said that the email is probably a glitch, and as long as you have valid admission and Park Pass Reservations for Magic Kingdom on March 19, then you'll be good to go. I'm so sorry for the confusion!

When you arrive, be sure to look around all three dining rooms to see everything. The main area is the Grand Ballroom, where you'll witness the rarely seen phenomenon of snow falling in central Florida! However, I prefer to dine in the West Wing; this is the Beast's mysterious study, and it is where you'll see his enchanted rose. And although Be Our Guest is not considered an official character dining experience, the Beast makes a special appearance as he walks around the restaurant and greets guests.

Amanda, remember, "our command is your request"! If there's anything else you need, "Let us help you!" Bon appétit!
