Bright Suns, Renny! We received the transmission you sent us. Thankfully, Obi-Wan Kenobi isn't your only hope – we're here to help!
It won't be long before you're traveling to a galaxy far, far away, and landing on planet Batuu!
Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge is a great place for both Resistance rebels and First Order sympathizers to explore. Every galactic adventure should have an astromech unit, and I'm so glad to hear that you're making plans to build your own little droid friend at
Droid Depot!
Renny, the important thing to note when making an
advance reservation at Droid Depot is that there's one builder and one Guest of the builder. The Guest of the builder is welcome to watch, but all of the picking, customization, and creating belongs to the builder! When we made our droids earlier this year, we spoke with a Cast Member when checking in for our reservation, made our payment, and let her know which of us was the builder. From my experience, it shouldn't be a problem if the builder and Guest in the reservation switch roles. I would recommend speaking to a Cast Member if your builder and Guest would like to change roles prior to the experience and they will be happy to help you with the next steps available to you!
When you're visiting
Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge, it will be important to refuel for your next adventure. Make sure that you stop by
Docking Bay 7 Food and Cargo or
Ronto Roasters for some galactic grub! You could also make a pit stop at
Kat Saka's Kettle for some Outpost Popcorn Mix and a Cold Brew Black Caf for a pick-me-up. If you place a
mobile order through the
My Disney Experience app, your meals will be ready in 12 parsecs or less (approximately). It's easier than a Jedi mind trick!
If you have any other questions, please send another transmission our way! And may the Force be with you.
'Til the Spires!
