    We made our reservation at Disney Swan on 9/8/2021. At this time we are still unable to link the hotel reservation to our My Disney experience. We have tried to call the customer service number but have only gotten a message saying all circuits are busy

    I have stayed at the Walt Disney World Swan Hotel myself, so I am happy to help you out with this!

    The first thing that you should know is that the confirmation number given to you through the company that you booked through may not match the confirmation number that you need to link your reservation to your My Disney Experience Account. If you booked through a third-party website and need this number, you can call the Walt Disney World Swan Hotel, and they will be able to look it up for you. 

    Now, once you have your confirmation number, reservations take around 72 hours to be able to be linked to your My Disney Experience Account. Once your reservation is linked, all you need to do is to get ready to make your advance dining reservations and dream about waking up and hopping on the water taxi to the theme parks.
