Made a reservation for a carriage ride at PO Riverside. I got the confirmation # and provided my resort booking # as well so thought they would link them for me. They didn’t. How do i add it to MDE. online i only see to add dining/hotel/tickets. Not this

Hi, Nicole! Thank you for stopping by with this great question! At this time, most activity reservations cannot be directly added to My Disney Experience in the same way that a resort or dining reservation can. However, I have a little tip to share with you! The Notes section in My Disney Experience is the perfect place to store your plans.

The best way to add a Note is to pull up the full web version of the Walt Disney World Resort website. When you go into the My Plans section of My Disney Experience, scroll down to the My Plans, Reservations, and Tickets section. Click on the Add More Plans pull-down tab and choose the option to add Notes. This will open a box labeled Add A Note to My Plans where you can label it as "Carriage Ride" and include any special information, such as your confirmation number. There is also an option where you can share your Note with any person listed in your My Family & Friends List. When you complete this, your Note will show up in the day’s itinerary, as well as the itinerary of anyone with whom you shared it. It will even be viewable when on the My Disney Experience mobile app.

I hope this helps you with your pixie-dusted planning! Thanks again for stopping by and please let us know if you have any other questions.
