I made my park reservations for our upcoming trip and got confirmation emails, but I don't seem them in My Plans when I click it. I am not sure how to add them since the only option is to add new reservations.

Welcome to planDisney, Carly! I’m so glad you reached out with this question. You’re already doing all the right things to prepare for a magical visit to Disneyland, and I’m happy to help you tidy up this final detail so everything is right where it should be in your My Plans section.

Seeing confirmation emails but not spotting your theme park reservations in My Plans can definitely feel a bit unsettling, but the good news is that this is usually easy to resolve. If you were signed into your My Disney account when you made your theme park reservations, they should automatically appear either on the My Plans page of the Disneyland website or in the Future Plans section of the Disneyland app. Sometimes it just takes a little refresh (or a quick sign-out and sign-in) for everything to sync properly.

If you happened to make your reservations while not logged into your My Disney account, no worries at all. Simply sign into your account and locate the confirmation email you received. From there, you can enter the ticket confirmation number, and your reservations should automatically link to your account and appear in My Plans. Think of it as giving your plans a little nudge so they know exactly where to land.

If you were logged in at the time of booking and still don’t see your reservations, you can manually link your tickets using the Disneyland app. Head to the “My Tickets and Passes” section, tap the “+” symbol in the top right corner, and select “Link Tickets & Passes.” From there, you can either use your mobile device’s camera to scan the barcode or QR code from your eTicket, or choose the “Type ID” option to manually enter the ticket ID number. If you’re managing tickets for multiple members of your travel party, you’ll want to repeat this process for each ticket so everyone’s plans appear correctly.

If you’ve tried these steps and your theme park reservations still aren’t showing up, I recommend reaching out to a friendly Cast Member by calling the Tickets line. They’re wonderful at resolving technical hiccups and can ensure everything is properly connected before your visit.

I hope this helps you move forward with confidence as you count down to your Disneyland adventure. If you have any additional questions (whether it’s dining ideas, Lightning Lane strategy, or planning the perfect park day), we’d love to help again here at planDisney.

I hope you have a wonderful visit!
