I have made park reservations online, and they're assigned to my account when accessing it through the website - but when I look at my future plans in the app, there's nothing in there? Any ideas?

    Hiya Susan!

Welcome to planDisney, the most magical place on the internet! I am so excited that you stopped by to ask us this magical question, and I am thrilled to be helping out a fellow international Guest like me! I also love that you are planning your magical vacation in advance. I always say that the best way to pass the time until your next Disney vacation is to plan every part of it!

The good news is that I have experienced the same issue before. At this time, I have found that the best solution is to log into my account on my computer or in the web browser on my smartphone, such as Safari. Using the My Disney Experience website on a web browser typically solves this bug. Still, I would also suggest ensuring that your phone and mobile app have been updated to the latest versions. Also, you should be able to view your reservations through other sections such as "Resort Hotel" or "Memberships & Passes" under "My Profile" should you want to confirm they were linked to your account correctly.

Now, Susan, I thought I would share some of the new features available on the My Disney Experience mobile app that will revolutionize how you visit the theme parks. If you have an iPhone, Apple Watch or Google Pay-enabled smartphone, you can use the Disney MagicMobile service, which allows you to download your theme park ticket into your digital wallet. I love this service as I tend to forget my MagicBand in my room, and Disney MagicMobile allows you to skip the line at Guest Relations on your way into the parks. Another way to make your trip more convenient is to use the Direct-To-Room service. If you are staying at a Disney Resort Hotel, you can not only put your room preferences and expected arrival time in the system, but you can even check into your room and skip the line at the front desk. The best part is that you can even use your app to unlock your door, so gone are the days when you would get locked out of your room because you forgot your key inside!

I hope this was helpful, Susan, and that you and your Ohana will have the best day ever on your next Disney vacation. If you have any other questions in the time leading up to your trip, please don't hesitate to reach out. You're as welcome as can be!

    Have a magical day,
