Hi Sandra!
I am so sorry that you are experiencing difficulty with your
Walt Disney World reservation! I am happy to help you troubleshoot the issue. While I am not certain of the specific issue you are encountering, I am going to make a few suggestions that can possibly help you.
First, double-check to make sure you are logged into the same
My Disney Experience account in which you made the reservation. I know that this may sound obvious, but I had this issue a while back when I was logged into a different My Disney Experience account. Once you are logged in, scroll down to "My Plans, Reservations & Tickets." Click on "Tickets and Memory Maker" and you will see the theme park tickets listed.
If you are certain that you are logged into the same
My Disney Experience account, and you do not see the reservation by following the steps above, the next recommendation that I have is to manually link your reservation. Find the original email with your
Walt Disney World Resort Hotel and
theme park ticket purchase. That email will list the reservation number and ticket number(s). Once you have that information, you can manually link your reservation. To do this, when logged into your Disney account, hover your mouse over the words "Park Tickets" and then select "Link Tickets." Enter the Ticket ID Number and follow the prompts to add your tickets. You can also link your theme park reservations using this method.
Follow these steps on a desktop/laptop computer and not a mobile device. Also, check to make sure you are using one of Disney's recommended web browsers. The issue could possibly be an outdated or incompatible web browser. Make sure you are using the
up-to-date version of Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Microsoft Edge, and Safari. If you are still experiencing technical difficulties, call (407) 939-7765 to resolve the issue.
When you visit in June, I highly recommend checking out the check out the new
Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind attraction!
I hope you have a magical vacation!
Magically,
Stacy
