Hi Meagan! Thank you for bringing your question to planDisney.
It is completely understandable that your plans might change. Your
Disney Park Pass reservation is good for all day, no matter what time you choose to arrive. If you did not cancel your reservation, and you did not enter the park, your reservation
should still be showing in your My Disney Experience account.
If you didn't enter a theme park, no
admission has been redeemed from your ticket. Guests may make Disney Park Pass reservations for the same number of days on their ticket (reservations for Annual Passholders work a bit differently). You will not be able to schedule a new Disney Park Pass reservation for a different date until you cancel a current reservation, or until the reservation expires the next day.
To find your Disney Park Pass reservation for today on the
My Disney Experience website, go to "My Plans". To cancel, select "View Details" and then "Cancel Reservation". To view today's reservation on the
My Disney Experience mobile app, select "My Day". If you are not finding your Disney Park Pass reservation, try signing out of your account and signing back in -- sometimes that does the trick.
I hope that helps! If you have any additional questions, please stop by and see us again.
