In these cases, the theme park reservations might show up separately for each Guest under "Future Plans." Rest assured that, if this is the case, it's likely that all members of your travel party still have valid theme park reservations. I recommend having each Guest you're visiting with check their My Disney Experience mobile app separately to confirm they see their own reservations listed.
