    Made mistake with reservation but can’t cancel because I was using comp tickets. What do I do?

    Hi Isabel and welcome to planDisney! Thanks so much for stopping in with your planning question about the Disneyland Resort!

    I know it can be so frustrating when we can’t just cancel and rebook our theme park reservations. In this case, you may just have to call the Resort to speak to a Cast Member at (714) 781-4636. They will be happy to help you make another theme park reservation for your upcoming visit. 

    In the meantime, I invite you to take a look at the experience updates at the Resort. This way you will know just what to expect, before you arrive for your very magical vacation!
